Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility: items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at julianandresascencio@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will send you the return instructions.

 

Return shipping: return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the full cost, and we may ask for a photo of the item.

 

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
